Roast beef and tomato with mustard open sandwiches

Ingredients

400-500gcold roast beef
4thick slices of your favourite bread
4 tbspcream cheese
2tomatoes, thickly sliced
mixed lettuce leaves
seeded mustard

Method

1Slice the roast beef thinly.
2Spread the bread with cream cheese. Arrange the tomatoes, lettuce and then the beef on the bread. Top with a spoonful of mustard.
