||Wash the potatoes and dry thoroughly using kitchen towels.
||Place the sweet potatoes in the oven and bake for 50 minutes until the skin is well crusted, and the flesh of the potatoes inside is a bit charred.
||Place the steaks on hot grill and turn them once allowing 3 minutes per side.
||Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes uncovered then place it again on hot grill for 5 more minutes, finish the steak by resting them for 5 minutes, lightly covered.
